About Me

Tumie is a Johannesburg based Photographer specializing in photography and videography born and bred in one of Limpopo's notable township "Lebowakgomo".

My love and passion for Visual arts and Still Photography began when I was at high school in 1998 and that's when I got my first 35mm Fujifilm Camera then started capturing other people's joyous moments creating everlasting memories.

I took a break from Photography in 2004 as I had to finish my matric and varsity studies then reignited the passion of photography in 2017 under "Captured by Tumie's Photography". I officially registered my company Bakone Pioneers Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd Trading as Bakone Creatives Media in 2020 and we enjoy being registered professionals.
